Anyone who can understand how heart breaking this is for me and my children please help. I have three special needs children, and I was trying to protect them when I got a restraining order against their drug addicted, abusive father, and I was trying to relocate for their safety. I even had went through the process of filing for custody of my children, and their father managed to lie to the CPS system out of retailiation of the restraining order being served on him and had my children removed from my care without even as much as an investigation. As a result of that action my custody/parenting plan is now not even being considered, or looked at. I face the real possibility of losing my angels that I have always loved and cared for dearly. CPS is also neglecting my children's special health care needs, by missing an important doctor's appointment that was scheduled for Aug. 13, 2007. This medical appointment, was needed in order for my youngest son, Dominic to have his operation that is scheduled for Sept. 25, 2007, now it may be cancelled as a result. My public pretender isn't even helping me, he played a bait and switch with the Judges orders of keeping the children in custody, until the next hearing. And to my horror my son's are now in the clutches of an abusive father, who never wanted them in the first place! I need your help, please donate, I have an excellent chance at winning my case if I have the financial resources needed to get a REAL Lawyer to fight for me, and my precious children! I even have enough evidence to pursue further lawsuits against CPS, and the father. CPS case worker is doing this out of revenge against my mother. I need your help, please donate.
