There's somebody in my family that really needs a power/eletric wheelchair or scooter back in my country (Brazil). 
This person barely walks, lives alone and gets rent paid by one relative, food by another, medicines by another, and so on... 
I can't buy it, but I'll try hard to find somebody who just wants to give one away. 
Be sure you give HUGE help to somebody if you let me take yours. 
Something like this in Brazil is unbelievably expensive and we would never be able to buy.
