Looking for a baby handfed cockatiel. I'd like a gray male with a yellow face, and orange cheeks. Must be young, very friendly, lovable,  tame, and like to be held. (I'm looking for a companion to play with & pamper.) Whisling & talking is a plus!  I want to find myself the perfect little companion. Looking in the $50-$60 range. Not looking too far from my home, (unless you can deliver it to me, and I'll pay you some gas $.) I have a picture of the exact bird I want.
