TLC is starting a new show called TRADING UP where we will document charismatic families or friends in the tri-state area as we help them trade and barter their way from something smaller (i.e. a coin/trinket) that they already have, to something much bigger (i.e. wedding/bar mitzvah) that they want/need in their lives but cannot get on their own (for whatever reasons) .
