Joe has been a Fitness Professional for the past 15 years. He has written many articles in the field of sports and fitness training.  He has helped countless numbers of people achieve their fitness and sporting goals ranging from the beginner to the pro athlete.  His cutting edge approach in program design is unparalleled.  In addition, for the past eight years, he has been a Body Works Professional and a Massage Therapist.  He has perfected his skills working in cooperation with doctors and is one of the premiere therapists in deep tissue massage, specializing in neck and back problems.  Throughout his career, he has helped many people with low back pain, neck pain and migraine headaches.
