i have a 2001 camplite pop-up. 19 ft., sleeps 6. excellent condition. it has everything you're looking for except a/c. it also has a pull-out kitchen, propane tank(empty), new canopy & screen room, propane stove, refrigerator & sink. located in streamwood, il.

I have an 83 Jayco J. Not sure the length. Longer than 10 feet though - it's good sized. Has a three burner stove, ice chest, no ac though. Sleeps at least 6. Canvas is in decent shape and nothing has ever leaked on me. Looking for $1500 for it. Let me know if you're interested. It's been a good camper for me...
