Handicapped 56 year-old woman living below poverty levels needs low or no cost jewelry making supplies - beads, wire, charms, fasteners, tools, etc. - so she can make jewelry and do-dads to sell for extra money, especially during holiday craft shows, etc. She could use fabric, too.
