I want a  pilothouse sailboat or a house boat.     It is highly unlikely that i will, in the near or distant future, gather together enough funds to purchase one of the above- that would be at all in any condition to do anything with, or be at least seaworthy.                         I can pay some small cash amount for a pilothouse sailboat or house boat.  would probably have to find a seller, though, willing to finance privately the vessel. i have a zero credit score and have never owned or used a  credit card.                                                                    need head room in the cabin.  this is the reason for the pilothouse requirement.  or if you have a sailboat with an unusually high ceiling let me know. need one,however, not to ponderously big, although i would be grateful for any donated to me.  i would prefer a sailboat over a houseboat.                                                           beth  904-238-4318                         jensenbh@gmail.com
