1. No i will not sell it for 100 bux.
2. It is a dirt bike. I have no idea if you can get it titled for street use
3. No it does not have a title. and I'm not sure why you would need one for a dirt bike
4. No it does not run. It needs rings.
5. No the engine is not locked up.
6. As far as i know all it needs is rings.
7. Yes I will trade for a smaller bike.
8. Yes I will except the best offer.
9. Yes you may have Vin # checked with the police.
10. This will be sold as is with a bill of sale.
11. It is a 2-stroke
12. No I don't know how much rings are but I have seen them on ebay for $12
