I am looking for a small breed puppy like a Shih Tzu, Lhasa Ahapso, or a mixed puppy like that.  My wife's father just died of cancer and I would like to get a puppy for her. 

It has been very difficult to find one because there are a lot of scammers out there who are only looking to take advantage of people.  Please help me if you can to find one.  I am hoping to adopt one or get one at a cheap price ($200 or under).  I know that might be asking a lot, but it has been a difficult financial year because of the death in the family.
