This is a first generation 16GB iPod Touch; however, it has the Apps package and the newest version of the software (2.2). It just does not have a speaker or Nike + like the 2nd generation. I have had it for approximately a year (November, 2007) and want to upgrade to a 2nd generation for the Nike + aspect (I am a big runner). The iPod looks brand new, functions without any problems, and has a protective plastic cover on the front. I will negotiate on the price and will ship for free.
