Hi I am a single mother. I can not work I am seeking the help of people in Chicago and other areas to help me with my utility bills. I have went to agenices and they all have told me sorry we can not help you. I have went to chuches, they can not help. I promise this NOT a scam. I am trying to get my gas service restored. Any funds sent to me I will put on the bill, I will  scan the receipt and send to you so you know the money went on the bill. Please I am asking for help.
