AHHH I'm so pissed. WHY do idiods do this? I just parked it outside the North Holloywood Library for 30 minuted and When I got out somebody took the frame and left the front wheel which I locked the bike to.

That Bike was my only means of transportation and I need another one in order to get to work. I'm a 21 Year old Male just trying to make a living. I don't have much money but if you have an old rusty bike you don't really need maybe we can work something out.
